Crafted from the historic Shiraz grape, a collaboration between an Indian and an Australian winemaker, Aurva draws on old wine heritage but still feels absolutely contemporary.

Great matches include grilled and barbecued meats, lamb shawarma, and full-flavored curries such as chicken tikka masala. Aurva pairs beautifully with vegetarian food too including savory roast vegetables, grilled eggplant, mushroom, paneer dishes and robust, rich vegetable curries. Aged cheese is a great pair too.
